Receptionist / Legal Secretary The candidate will be answering phones and greeting clients, including getting beverages. Will be managing the conference room calendar. Cleaning up conference rooms. Setting up for large meetings. Restocking refrigerator. Cleaning up the kitchen. Basic bookkeeping including account reconciliation, deposits and A/P. Assist in preparing client invoices. Track and input time for billable tasks such as indexing and filing court papers. Scanning, faxing, creating files, data entry. Assist in preparing correspondence letters. Must have good math skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe, and basic computer skills. Should have 5 years of experience.
