Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should be experienced litigation defense associate. Must also be a self-starter with excellent writing skill, etc. A successful candidate will have the ability to work proactively, independently and demonstrate strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills and an eagerness to learn. Should be a 1st to 3rd year licensed attorney. Required experience includes personal injury or products defense litigation and / or insurance coverage. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple case files successfully in a busy environment. Computer proficiency specific to MS Office including Excel, Outlook; skilled in Internet navigation. Prior knowledge of PCLaw timekeeping and / or iManage would be big a big plus. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
