Cross Border Employment Law Attorney The candidate Should have passion for assisting multinational companies of all sizes with their labor and employment needs worldwide and advising clients on a full range of international employment issues that are unique to global workforces. Should have Juris Doctor. Must be and remain licensed to practice law in the United States location in which they are located, and in good standing. Must possess 3+ years of U.S. labor and employment law experience. In-house experience a plus. Significant cross-border experience required for Of Counsel position is required. Native language ability in a language other than English strongly preferred. Excellent analytical, outside-the-box critical thinking, creative problem solving, writing, and communication skills are required.
