Experienced Family Law Paralegal The candidate will manage all aspects of family law, including having a strong caseload of custody work. Job responsibilities include communicating with clients, case management, ensuring litigation deadlines are met, drafting and filing pleadings, and assisting with trial preparation and trial notebooks. A candidate with a Bachelors's degree or Associates in Paralegal Studies is preferred. Should preferably have a High school or equivalent education and 5+ years of family law experience, has strong communication skills, and is detail oriented and organized. It is mandatory that a candidate have 3+ years of family law experience. Should have the ability to operate Microsoft office programs and Outlook. Familiarity with Clio and Citrix Sharefile is a plus. Note:Urgently hiring.
