Family Law Paralegal The candidate' must have at least 2 year of direct paralegal experience in Illinois Family Law Required, 3+ years preferred. Paralegal certification highly preferred. 1 year of Experience drafting pleadings, motions and responses on family law cases required. 1 year of odyssey efiling experience required. 1 year of Clio experience Preferred. Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, and advanced soft skills required. Must be able to work independently as this is a remote position. Must be able to hit the ground running. Must have excellent communication skills, and previous intake experience.
