Legal Assistant Paralegal The candidate involves diverse responsibilities including administrative tasks. Should have familiarity with a variety of document review platforms. Must have familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis. Must be proficient in Microsoft word and excel including creation of tables of contents and authorities Maintain case dockets and calendars in a timely and accurate manner including review of litigation documents for schedule information. Manage daily administrative office tasks including copying, collating, creating binders, etc. Collect, maintains and update needed information on attorneys, such as bar admissions and e-filing passwords. Assists with electronic case filing in CM/ECF, as well as courthouse hard copy filings and document retrieval. Assistance with team time keeping and time submission. Assists with searching and extracting information from court-related databases, websites and relevant docketing and calendaring applications including PACER, Lexis Courtlink, etc.
