Foreclosure Defense Paralegal The candidate must have 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant/paralegal. Should have ability to type 65 wpm. Experience with legal research via Lexis and/or West Law is required. Extensive experience with file management is needed. Thorough understanding of the legal system is must. Advanced computer skills is essential. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office is required. Experience navigating both State and Federal Court websites is must. Experience with the Florida E-Portal and E-Filing System is needed.
