Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate duties include: E-filing pleadings, motions and notices. Scheduling hearings with the court and opposing counsel. Assisting with answering Discovery, obtaining records for RFPs, and other tasks. Heavy e-filing and communications with opposing counsel. Should have some experience preparing trial binders and trial filings. PIP litigation experience helpful. Should have 3 years of recent Personal Injury litigation experience.
