Electrical Group Paralegal Responsibilities: Draft, revise, and file documents in pending patent applications at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including patent applications, information disclosure statements, requests for certificates of correction, and other filings for Electrical Group. Draft, revise, and file petitions, motions, and other documents in litigation proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board; maintain dockets and internal files for those litigation proceedings. Communicate with clients and vendors to maintain strong client relationships and support the firm s litigation and patent prosecution practices. Conduct strategic legal and market research for attorneys. Qualifications: An entry-level paralegal. A four-year degree and with strong academic credentials are preferred. Previous work experience or a paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required as extensive training opportunities are provided by the firm. A motivated team player who is capable of working effectively, efficiently, and productively with all levels of professional staff in a dynamic workplace.
