Part Time Legal Secretary The candidate will Communicate with clients, gathering necessary documents and information to begin building a case. Conduct all initial research and provide information to the Lawyers. Manage all administrative responsibilities in the office including incoming and outgoing mail. Organize all legal documents in a confidential way and utilizing our case management system. Answering phones. Scheduling. Organize/clean the office (help with filing, taking out trash, light cleaning, etc.). Scanning, copying, faxing, and mailing for entire office. Greet incoming clients. Assist at employer's events, parties, etc. Familiar with basic scheduling and 2021 work functions (i.e. Zoom, MS Teams, etc.). Bilingual is a plus. Legal experience. Office experience. Detail oriented. Friendly.
