Legal Secretary Duties: Responsible for the accurate completion of work assigned by multiple attorneys. Word processing, filing, billing, time entry, answering telephones, faxing, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, making travel arrangements, submitting expenses, calendar maintenance and handling daily mail. Qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent. 4 year College degree preferred. 3-5 years of law firm experience, knowledge of construction law or immigration preferred. A background in commercial litigation, ideally with experience in construction law or immigration. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must have strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.
