Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will be reporting new claims to carriers, setting doctor's appointments, giving clients status updates, compiling demand letters, and negotiating settlement of cases and negotiating doctor's liens. Must have negotiation experience. Spanish speaking is a must. Must have 1 year of law office experience. Must type at least 60 words per minute. Must have good attitude and good communication skills.
