Additionally, our employees receive an annual performance review with the potential for a salary increase, as well as an annual bonus. # Associate Litigation Attorney Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Litigation Attorney to join our Atlanta and Alpharetta offices. The successful candidate will provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys, maintain client relationships, prepare legal reports and documents, and interact with expert witnesses. ## Responsibilities * Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys * Maintain client relationships * Prepare legal reports and documents * Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits * Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances * Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers within POD ## Qualifications * Licensed and in good standing with Georgia Bar * 1-3 years of Litigation experience (preferred). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong interest in Personal Injury Law. * Self-starter driven by long-term career goals * Superior writing and oral advocacy skills ## Benefits At Morgan & Morgan, full-time employees are offered an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
