Litigation Paralegal Candidate must be a Florida Registered Paralegal, a Certified Paralegal, or a graduate of a paralegal program. Insurance defense experience and prior experience in billing preferred. Must have extensive experience obtaining and reviewing medical records, and have a thorough knowledge of Florida state court procedures. Must have good written and verbal communication skills, good common sense, excellent problem solving skills, must be organized, detail-oriented, work well under pressure, and have a good attendance record.
