Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with family-based immigration petitions and deportation defense cases. Will prepare applications and supporting evidence for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Prepare evidentiary submissions for deportation defense cases. Work with clients in an efficient and courteous manner to gather the appropriate documentation and information. Communicate with USCIS and other relevant agencies where required. Monitor calendar deadlines. Should have 1+ year of immigration law experience. Must be fluent in Spanish. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel needed.
