Tax/Estate Planning Attorney The candidate will be responsible for Tax Planning for businesses and individuals. Estate planning for maximizing use of gift and estate tax exemptions. Drafting wills and trusts. Drafting corporate and partnership documents. Analyzing tax returns. Representing clients in Federal and State tax audits. Preparing Federal and New York State estate tax and gift tax returns. Research Federal and state tax matters as required. Should have LL.M. in taxation and substantial tax practice experience. Must have a tax background (through coursework and/or professional experience), be detail oriented, and have excellent writings skills.
