Business Immigration Paralegal (PERM) The candidate will be responsible for preparation and filing of petitions, visa applications and labor certification applications. Will compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with multiple employees. Paralegal certification or degree from accredited college or university is preferred. Must have 3+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment. Knowledge of PERM labor certification applications is required. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and document/case management systems is essential. Outstanding case management and organizational skills are needed.
