Associate Attorney - Foreclosure Defense Litigation The candidate will negotiate loss mitigation solutions with opposing counsel. Contacting clients and/or third parties to obtain information necessary to support legal arguments in discovery. Setting, prioritizing, and working within deadlines. Must have licensed Texas Attorney in good standing. Experience in consumer litigation proceedings is essential. Experience with debt, mortgage, real estate, title, credit, or related industries are ideal. Bi-lingual is a plus. Must have experience in navigating both District and Federal court. Should possess a high level of attention to detail.
