Office Administrator/Paralegal The candidate handles client complaints. Helps to provide structure and professionalism in all areas. Provides a safe and secure job environment. Listens to employee grievances in an objective and professional manner. Delegates a variety of clerical duties and assignments to employees. Promotes team effort and cooperation within the office. A key contributor to the personnel policy and procedures manual. Backup support for attorneys. Drafts documents, correspondence. Types subpoenas, and summons. Reviews client files and ascertain what is needed to complete the file. Keeps the attorney abreast of anything that needs to be completed in the client file. Schedules Hearings, and appointments. Advises attorney of any client grievances. Responds to client needs in a timely and professional manner. Advises management when employees have needs, complaints, abuse company policies. Sees that employees do their individual jobs to the best of their ability. Helps to eliminate misunderstandings, conflicts (professionally and within the office) Should preferably be a High school graduate or equivalent with 3 years of paralegal experience. Expert with MS Office.
