Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be a litigation/medical malpractice paralegal. It involves daily, and constant work, helping attorneys keep cases well-organized and moving. A love for organization and efficiency is a must. Should have experience in civil litigation, preferably with a background in medical malpractice and nursing home cases. Must be confident enough to get things done without constant instruction and oversight. Will communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court systems. In this position, will carry essential responsibilities making sure things get done the right way. 2 year of experience preferred.
