Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work alongside the attorney during all phases of the litigation. Will report to trial attorney. Interact with clients, experts, court personnel and opposing counsel. Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, and motions. Calendar hearings, deadlines and other relevant dates. Organize case files electronically (scanning) and maintain hard file; maintain pleadings and medical records, coordinate document productions; organize and handle exhibits. Various other litigation and pre-litigation duties as needed. Should preferably complete High school or equivalent. Having 2 years of experience in personal injury law and paralegal is preferred. Knowledge of Spanish language is required. Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize.
