Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney The candidate will responsible for all aspects of a case in state and federal court. A license in good standing to practice law in Florida. First Chair trial experience on behalf of Plaintiff in a Med Mal Trial. 5 trials completed to verdict are required. A strong medical knowledge, Performing research relating to client's condition. Have excellent research skills including use of legal and non-legal sources. Analyze all case matters relating to medical records, doctor's notes etc.. Work with medical experts to develop case theories, expert reports, and testimony to support the client's case. Pride in your client-focused practice. A strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases are required.
