Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in Immigration Court and in residency and naturalization interviews. Prepare and draft immigration petitions and relief on behalf of clients. Perform administrative and management functions in accordance with firm policies and prprocedure. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Previous experience in Immigration Law, preferably 2 years of representing clients in deportation proceedings (EOIR). Ability to spot issues and build report with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
