Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate's duties include: Depositions of witnesses and experts (taking and defending); Drafting pleadings (Complaint, Answer) and various motions (MTD, MSJ, MTC); Discovery practice (propounding, responding, compelling discovery, and expert discovery); Familiarity with State Courts, Superior Courts, and Federal Courts electronic filing (e.g., Odyssey, Peachcourt, PACEr/ECF) and case management systems; Conducting legal research (Westlaw); Drafting various memoranda (internal and client); Attending/participating in certain court hearings and arguing motions; and have ability to notice and conduct depositions of witnesses and experts. Law License (Required).
