Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting procedural motions, such as for extension of time to move or plead to complaints or for enlargement of time to file a brief. Preparing and serving deposition notices and subpoenas. Conducting factual research on websites and through other public resources. Preparing factual chronologies and summaries based on documentation. Coordinating and tracking written discovery requests and responses. Managing, organizing, maintaining and categorizing discovery documents (both paper and ediscovery). Assisting with deposition preparation and attendance. Assisting with hearings, trial preparation, and trials. Undergraduate degree or paralegal certificate or extensive paralegal experience in place of degree or certificate is required.
