Legal Secretary The candidate will be answering phone calls; drafting correspondence and discovery documents; maintaining physical and electronic files; scanning, copying, faxing and processing mail and faxes; managing litigation calendar entries; compiling trial documents, organizing and assembling files; requesting and reviewing in timely manner medical records/bills; communicating with clients, medical providers and attorneys' offices. Communicate professionally; Work Independently, but follow directions when needed; Have excellent management skills; Be proficient in Microsoft Word, E-File, ChartSwap, Outlook, PDF and other similar platforms/applications; Have excellent customer service skills; ability to diffuse potential conflicts with difficult clients and interact with clients, doctors, attorneys and their staff with utmost professionalism. Bachelors degree from an accredited institution 1+ year of Personal Injury law firm preferred.
