Temporary Litigation Attorney The candidate will provide client representation including: legal research; drafting motions, pleadings, orders, judgments and status updates; and overseeing and analyzing discovery; in addition to contract drafting. Will frequently represent clients in court. Should preferably be a Texas licensed attorney with 2+ years of commercial litigation experience or candidate with extensive criminal law experience (ADA/city attorneys) with some supervisory experience. Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
