Associate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Duties: Jury Trials. Taking depositions. Preparing clients and presenting them for depositions. Filing lawsuits. Negotiating settlements.Drafting and responding to written discovery. Prepare demands and/or review draft demand packages prepared by staff. Assist and manage staff with reductions on medical bills, liens, and subrogation claims. Assist Lead Attorneys in negotiating top settlement results, plus discuss options and settlement/release authority with clients. Should have Juris Doctorate. Must have Associate or Bachelor undergraduate degree. Must be member of the Texas Bar. Experience dealing with statute of limitation issues is required. Should have high level of professionalism. Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English). Experience with the "Needles" case management system is required. Must have experience with mass tort cases.
