Assistant Paralegal/ Writer The candidate will provide responsibilities include: Perform intake of cases once assigned. Draft Petitions/Applications and file with government agency. Writing detailed persuasive letters. Analyzing and summarizing published works of candidates. Maintain client contact information. Provide status updates. File documents in proper order. Update case management system. Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications. Build knowledge of Firm and client processes. Duties include drafting government forms, writing detailed persuasive letters, maintaining files, reviewing documents, identifying issues, and communicating with clients. Must have BA or BS degree. Must have 3.0 or higher GPA. Must have 0-2+ years experience. Must have strong writing and research skills. Must have strong attention to detail. Must have ability to work at fast pace under tight deadlines.
