Seeking Legal Assistant/Paralegal with 1+ year of Personal Injury Lexperience. The candidate must have good computer skills and knowledge of Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Outlook/Office 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Responsibilities include opening and closing files, paying and tracking expenses for cases and the office, serving legal documents, word processing, transcription, compiling exhibits, scheduling and calendaring, handling mail, filing, court filing, answering phones, general administrative duties and other duties assigned as needed. Must be ethical, discrete, detail-oriented, professional in attire, organized, flexible, excellent communicators, self-motivated, and require a low level of supervision. Must have sound judgment, be team-players, and have the ability to assist with a case load of 30-40 files. must have at least one year work experience in a law or accounting office, plus a two-year college Degree or a paralegal certificate. Bilingual candidates preferred (Vietnamese and/or Spanish).
