Paralegal The candidate will be fact finding and investigations, drafting, editing, and cite-checking pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, preparing and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, and assisting in all facets of post-trial work. Bachelor's Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program is required. Should have 3-4 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
