Paralegal/Office Manager The candidate will provide the applicant with a rewarding experience that will allow them to help others in a busy environment. Drafting legal documents, filing with the court, assisting in all stages of litigation, Must be able to problem solve, critically think, work independently, stay organized, and perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy and quality of work. Filing, typing, record keeping and general case management, Corresponding with clients, being the first point of contact at the firm, Ordering office supplies and materials, working with IT and outside vendors, Managing accounts receivable and payable, including payment of vendor invoices, Ability to efficiently manage a varied workload with competing priorities, Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, small team environment, Professional communication skills (verbal and written), Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and critical thinking/problem solving skills. strong organization and writing skills to support a small team of attorneys. Applicants will receive experience in a diverse array of practice areas including municipal governance and prosecution, criminal defense, civil litigation, and real estate transactions. There are general secretarial style duties inherent in this position such as filing, typing, and record keeping as required. This position also includes a variety of office management responsibilities such as managing accounts receivable and payable, working with outside vendors, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
