The ideal candidate must have related experience in a similar role. Duties will include handling all aspects of the settlement processing including processing loans, preparing settlement statements, addressing customer service, responding to client inquiries in a positive timely fashion, and acting as the liaison with the lender/realtors/buyer and/or seller .
