Trademark / Copyright Paralegal The candidate will report to the firm s Director of Human Resources and Executive Director. 2+ years of trademark paralegal experience strongly desired; analogous experience will be considered. Compliance with California Bus. & Prof. Code section 6450. Must have strong command of the English language; ability to communicate clearly with clients, attorneys, and foreign counsel. Outstanding writing ability required. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to think critically and analytically. Ability to manage multiple projects at once, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines. Strong computer skills: familiarity with typical law firm software (Microsoft Office suite, document management systems, time entry). Proficiency in federal trademark law & procedure; TMEP; TBMP; USPTO; UDRP; California Secretary of State filings; U. S. Library of Congress searching (copyright); working with jpg and tiff file types; internet/archives searching; domain name searching, registration & analysis; watch notices. Submit resume.
