Paralegal - Personal Injury - Presuit The candidate will be involved in the negotiation with medical providers and those who assert liens (health ins., w/c, Medicare). Preparing demand letters to insurance companies which include analysis of all medical treatment, comprehensive accounting of all medical expenses, and confirming all collateral sources and liens. Prepare clients for and attends recorded statements. Must have knowledge of the various forms of insurance coverage, the types of liens that can be asserted and medical treatment terminology is important. Must have handled all aspects of a personal injury case, from sign-up to resolution.
