Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Research, drafting, motion practice, deposition preparation and working with experts. Analysis of patents, scientific research and technical trade secret information. Analysis and advisement regarding intellectual property transactions and how they may relate to later litigation (e.g., review of licenses, settlement agreements). Qualifications: Technical degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics or similar field, and USPTO registered (or eligible). 3+ years' experience working on in patent litigation and also be willing to work on trade secret, copyright and trademark litigation matters. Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. Ability to handle a variety of matters simultaneously to meet client demands. Excellent research, drafting, writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Desired: Working experience with electrical technology, hardware, software or networking/eCommerce. Remote/flex arrangements considered.
