IP Tech Trademark Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for overseeing US and non-US trademark matters from filing to grant, including tending to renewals; performing preliminary trademark searches; drafting assignment documents for recordation and meeting country specific requirements, such as notarization and legalization of documents; drafting legal correspondence; and assisting on due diligence reviews. Should have a minimum of 5 years trademark prosecution or portfolio management work experience, including familiarity with application and registration practice, and in-depth knowledge of trademark filing and prosecution practices in the USPTO, WIPO, and other major jurisdictions worldwide. Additionally, the candidate should have working knowledge of trademark docketing software. Working knowledge of IPPO docketing software is preferred. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
