Part-time Litigation Staff Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of litigation experience to join the labor and employment department. Should have outstanding research and writing skills, experience drafting employment related memoranda, Position Statements, and briefs. Experience with EEOC and DOL also helpful. Tennessee law license required or must be able to take the Tennessee Bar and obtain license promptly.
