Litigation Paralegal The candidate will focused primarily on personal injury defense. Necessary skills include drafting documents, setting and noticing depositions, communicating with clients to answer discovery and set depositions, calendaring, maintaining up to date case status reports, efiling in state and federal court, working with short deadlines, and various tasks as assigned. Will be proficient in Outlook, Word, and basic Excel. Extensive history in knowing how to answer and propound discovery is a must. Order medical records and follow-up to ensure the records are received in the proper format.
