Real Estate Closing Paralegal The candidate will be working on real estate closings from beginning to end, including reviewing the real estate contract, ordering title search, ordering lien search, ordering estoppel letter, communicating with lenders, communicating with real estate agents, requesting payoffs, preparing Closing Disclosure or HUD1 settlement statements, preparing closing documents, e-recording and issuing owner's and lender's policies. Must have experience working with the Attorney Title Fund and E-Closing/Double Time. Experience with Plaintiff Mortgage Foreclosure litigation files is also a plus. Experience with Tempo, LPS, and Time matters is a plus.
