This position will include answering incoming calls, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and other administrative duties. Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, collaborative, and ready to bring the ROAR to Thompson Law - the Lion Law Firm - clients. Proficient computer and administrative skills, overall organization and attention to detail, and the willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person are necessary for this position.
