Legal Secretary The candidate should have prior relevant experience, ideally 2 years as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, or secretary or paralegal at an executive level, and be a college educated, smart, enthusiastic initiative-taker with a love for organization and detail and an expert knowledge with 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat DC, Excel and general computer/database capabilities. Legal secretarial/paralegal experience preferred. Acting as a first point of contact, fielding phone calls and email correspondence. Typing and editing documents, including typing via face-to-face dictation. Collating and preparing legal documents for Court. Calendar management - keeping track of important tasks and deadlines. Taking notes and memos. Managing and maintaining databases and filing systems. Liaising with clients and suppliers.
