Legal Secretary/ Office Manager The candidate joining the firm will run office, perform administrative tasks, legal calendaring in multiple counties, preparation of pleadings, tables of authorities, file management and assist with overflow paralegal, accounting tasks website and phones and to provide assistance to attorneys. Have past legal experience. Ability to multitask at a high level, problem solve, and communicate with clients in a professional manner. Excellent computer skills are required. Knowledge of MS-Word, Adobe, Legal Deadlines and Calendaring, preparation of pleadings and motions, Outlook, Amicus and Times lips preferred.
