Paralegal / Law Clerk The candidate will provide duties include: File Pleadings in District/ Circuit Courts. Request /organize and summarize medical records. Draft Motions and answer Interrogatories. Must have 1+ year of Workers' Compensation/ Insurance Defense experience. Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
