Estate Planning Legal Secretary The candidate will work on complex estate planning matters, providing quality support to multiple attorneys, in a professional office environment. Research, review, verify, and route correspondence, reports and legal documents. Draft, transcribe and type letters, documents and other correspondence. Maintain electronic case files. Schedule appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc. Provide data entry functions, such as opening/closing case files, submitting expense reports and inputting time entries. Must have 5+ years of experience working as a Legal Secretary in a Florida law firm environment. Previous experience in estate planning, trusts and probate is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask is required. High level of proficiency with technology, specifically MS Office Suite and document management systems is must.
