Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for handling health care, business and other complex litigation, from Article 78 proceedings and administrative hearings and appeals, to class actions. Should be mid-level associate to junior-level partner with significant experience handling complex litigation. Must have excellent writing, communication and analytical skills, and experience that includes a high degree of responsibility in connection with complex litigation matters. Admission to the New York Bar and a federal Bar in New York is required. Law review experience or judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
