Senior Paralegal The candidate will provide support to a Managing Partner and Associate so experience, reliability, and thoroughness are absolutely required. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree. Must have 4 years of Legal drafting; Legal research; Legal case management; Paralegal experience; substantial experience and knowledge of general civil litigation and specifically matters involving breach of contract, fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and DTPA violations. Must be well versed in conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, e-filing, docket management, deposition/trial preparation, and providing all other administrative support as necessary; self-motivated and detail-oriented.
