Seeking Financial Services Litigation Attorney with 1-2 years of litigation experience. Candidate with strong academic and professional credentials is required. Must be licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar. Experience with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and/or admission to the WV, NJ, NY, PA, IL, or CA bars a plus.
