Associate Attorney/Litigation Attorney The Candidate will be investigating/defending first- and third-party claims, drafting coverage opinions, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and attending court hearings and trials in state and federal courts. Excellent research, writing, and independent thinking skills are essential. Candidates will have the opportunity to handle the day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the matters on which they work, from pre-litigation analysis and client recommendations through trial and appeal. Should have 3+ year of PQE.
