Legal Secretary The candidate will provide legal administrative assistance primarily to one Partner and one Of-Counsel. Will all document typing, assembly, e-filing and red-lining of various legal documents relating to real estate and liquor law transactions. Will manage calendars (including critical date reminders), meetings, travel arrangements and organize firm social events. Will manage, coordinate and track CLE hours for both attorneys. Will make phone calls to government offices regarding status of filings. Will assist other attorneys and paralegals in the office with closing binders, zoning submissions or miscellaneous word processing projects. Will provide back up coverage for receptionist. Must be organized, detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. Should have knowledge of Word and Excel required. Styles and formatting for legal documents.
